Based from our offices in Essex, Monza has been trading since 2006, providing a principle contractor service in various shop fitting industries nationwide.
We have built a good reputation as a provider of high quality interior fit-outs and refurbishments, and our team of professionals ensure all projects are delivered on time, to our exacting standards and within budget. Many of the projects undertaken are in sensitive and difficult locations including railway stations, shopping centres and Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings, all of which are extremely controlled environments but ones in which we thrive.
Monza’s highly competent and professional team is led by the two directors, both of whom have a hands-on approach and personally manage the contracts management and budget control on all projects. The two directors share in excess of 40 years experience, thus honing our understanding of the client’s requirements within retail, shop fitting, construction and the refurbishment industry.
Our company ethos is to build long term working relationships with all of our clients because we take the time to understand their end-user operational needs, and we treat every project as a platform to continued repeat business.
Most of our projects range in scale from £50,000 to £1 million, and we also have proven success with major projects above £1 million. In addition, our Small Works team handles smaller jobs ranging from minor refurbishments up to £50,000.
